DREAMS WISDOM / LOS ANGELES
Brazilian supermodel Adriana Lima and her husband, film producer Andre Lemmers III, have listed their lavish Brentwood mansion for $15.9 million — a significant markup from the $12.35 million they paid in 2022.
Busy Schedules Prompt the Move
The couple, who purchased the property three years ago, said their demanding work schedules have kept them away from Los Angeles. In an interview with The Wall Street Journal, Lima and Lemmers explained, “We work mostly in New York and Europe. Being on the other side of the country makes travel times far too long.”
High-Security, Custom-Designed Estate
The five-bedroom home is equipped with AI-powered security cameras and a private laser system. The landscaped grounds feature a one-bedroom guesthouse, a swimming pool, and a private movie theater. Notably, the kitchen lighting was sourced from unused historic street lamps in Paris, adding a unique design touch.
Furnishings Could Be Included
The sale is being handled by luxury real estate firm Compass. According to agents, the couple is open to including the home’s furniture in the deal if the buyer wishes to keep the current décor.
Property Value Boosted by Location
In addition to this Brentwood property, Lima also owns homes in New York and Miami. The mansion’s value has appreciated in part because it’s located in a neighborhood considered safer from the wildfires that have affected other parts of Los Angeles in recent years.
